aTUTTA! is the natural evolution of SanRemo Training Camps, where over the last 5-years we have hosted guests from all over the world and now have many friends who return every year or more often!

aTUTTA! aTUTTA!

Why choose an aTUTTA! holiday?

After a lifetime working with swimmers, cyclists and triathletes and 5 years running holidays and training camps, you will be in safe hands!
Our philosophy is based on making friends rather than attracting customers – and the feedback on our rides, hospitality and food is consistently 5*.
Our friends who choose to come back to us on a regular basis know that aTUTTA! is more than just a holiday.

Where are we?

The aTUTTA! Clubhouse is based at the SanRemo Bike Hotel – just a few kilometres along the coast from the main square of SanRemo and an hour’s ride from the French border. Our coastal location gives us a great base for exploring the coast roads and inland valleys, whilst also making it easy to relax off the bike, with the local village and beach just a 2-minute walk away.

Where is the nearest airport?

Nice Airport is a 1-hour door-to-door drive. Alternatively, Genoa Airport is a 1h30 drive along the Ligurian coastline.  It is also possible to transfer by train from Nice and Genoa.

What is SanRemo Bike Hotel?

SanRemo Bike Hotel is our Clubhouse, the meeting place for lovers of two wheels: road cycling, MTB and triathlon. Here you can indulge your passion by taking advantage of all the services of a 4-star hotel, 100 m from the sea, and with direct access to the 23 km Ponente Ligure cycle path – ‘la pista ciclabile’!

Hospitality

Can I book a single room?

Yes, just let us know when you book if you wish to upgrade to deluxe single room occupancy. There is a surcharge which we can advise on when we know your requirements.

Are there laundry facilities?

All our sports packages include a free laundry service for training kit. Simply drop your kit off in the evening and it will be waiting for you to collect 24-hours later.

Do the hotels have wifi?

Yes, WiFi is available across the hotel – in rooms and common areas.

I have specific dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian / gluten intolerant): can you arrange meals for me?

Of course! Please let us know in advance of your trip so we can ensure we are prepared.

Can my non-cycling partner come on the holiday too?

Yes, we welcome non-cycling partners. There is lots to do locally and at the hotel there is the pool to relax by, or the beach only a 2-minute walk away. If you want some help arranging excursions just let us know.

Bike & Transports

Can I hire a bike?

Yes, we provide road bike hire with a minimum specification of carbon frames with Ultegra or equivalent groupsets.

What should I carry with me on the bike?

You should always carry basic spares (see below), nutrition (depending on the ride – our guides will advise. A minimum of one water bottle and a bar or gel) and a gilet or rain jacket just in case the weather changes or it is colder when climbing inland.

What spares should I bring for my bike?

As a minimum you should carry a small pump, spare inner tube and tyre levers. These will be provided with hire bikes.

Can I buy CO2 cannisters, as I can’t fly with them?

Yes, we sell basic spares and CO2 canisters at the aTUTTA! Clubhouse

Can someone help me put my bike together on arrival?

Our guides are always on-hand to help with bike setup on arrival. If many people in the group require assistance it can take a while and delay getting out on the road, so it’s helpful if you can do as much as possible.

Do you provide mounts for GPS on hire bikes?

We recommend bringing your own GPS to ensure you have the correct mount. If you forget we will always try and find a solution but can’t guarantee we can provide what you need.

Do you rent GPS computers?

We recommend bringing your own. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a rental.

What pedals do you provide with hire bikes?

We recommend bringing your own pedals. Hire bikes are typically provided without pedals but let us know in advance if you need pedals and we will try and arrange.

Do the hire bikes have comfy saddles ?

Saddles are a very personal choice and we can’t guarantee the saddle on the bike will be as comfy as your saddle at home. If you have trouble finding the right perch we recommend bringing your own.

Do you arrange my flights?

Flights are not included in our packages

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes, airport transfer can be arranged. A return transfer to Nice Airport from 50€ return (depending on group size).

Will you meet me at the airport?

For aTUTTA! transfers we will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals lounge.

Cycling

How many group levels do you have?

Typically, we have one guide per 10 riders. However, we always make sure people are grouped with riders of similar abilities and provide additional guides where necessary.

How long are the routes?

Routes are chosen based on what the group wants to do, fitness levels and the experience of our guides. Distances will also depend on the terrain and amount of climbing. The cycling weeks with a set itinerary will still be tweaked to suit the group, weather conditions etc..

05

Triathlon

Is there a pool on-site?

At the SanRemo Bike Hotel there is an outdoor pool for guests to relax by. For training we have lanes at the 25m indoor pool just 4km down the road and provide free transfers.

What is the Endless Pool?

The SanRemo Bike Hotel has its own Endless Pool, a kind of swimming treadmill for training and stroke analysis. The pace can be adjusted to suit the swimmer and with a maximum speed of 60sec/100m, should be fast enough to ensure a good workout!

Can you provide any swim coaching?

We use GoPro HD cameras for taking underwater video footage in the Endless Pool. Post session we can then provide feedback sessions and provide advice of technique and training.

06

General

What is the cancellation policy?

All of our trips and offers will come with a cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with the terms at the time of booking.
We recommend taking out holiday insurance that includes cancellation cover as injuries sustained prior to the holiday can happen.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, you must have travel insurance that includes cover for road cycling, medical expenses and repatriation.

What weather can I expect?

The Italian Riviera has the best all year-round weather in Italy. As with the neighbouring Cote d’Azur the winters are mild and the summers not as extreme as regions further south. In the spring expect to wear arm warmers and it will always be cooler in the mountains. Before your trip we will provide a recommended packing list based on the time of year.

Can I arrive after the rest of the group and leave before or after?

Normally this is be possible. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
